Our aim to make guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Equipped with traditional Thai furnishings and textures our Spa is the perfect location to enjoy and appreciate the benefit of various types of Thai massage and Reflexology.
Our talented therapists will ensure that your massage and spa experience is a holistic one and one that will restore the mind, body and spirit.
To ensure that clients do not cross paths in the reception are, we kindly ask that clients to be on time, but don’t be too early or too late. And only wait a minimum amount of time in reception if necessary.
We encourage our clients to wear mask if possible. We will be wearing facial mask and visor during your treatment.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the treatment area. Out of consideration for other guests, smartphones and cameras may not be used in the entire area.
Please allow yourself enough time, we recommend you arrive ten minutes before your appointment. We aim to start all treatments on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will, unfortunately, have to shorten your treatment accordingly.
If you wish to cancel or change an appointment for personal reasons, please let us know 2 hours in advance otherwise, we will have to charge you 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
We have plenty of therapist in our team. Please advise us of any preferences when you book your treatment and let us know if you would like to book a specific therapist for your treatment. We will try to accommodate your preferences.
We offer treatment and welcome young clients. Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed massage plan to be performed.
If you are or suspect you are pregnant please call our team first before booking online. We will advise the most appropriate treatment based on what stage in your pregnancy you are at.
If you have any concerns regarding your health, body and medical condition, please contact our team first before booking online as we would prefer to speak to you personally. We will then advise the most appropriate treatment to suit your condition.
We will not be allowed to treat clients under the following categories:
- Clients suffering from any form of heart or lung related diseases.
- Clients with supressed or compromised immune systems.
- Clients are pregnant.
- Clients over the age of 70.
If you fall into any of the above categories massage can only take place if it has been approved by your doctor/midwife in writing before your session.
